    ICE AudioWizard not showing on desktop Microsoft Store


    I have been having problems with the Asus ICE AudioWizard application that allows you to customize your endpoint speakers for several effects. I had uninstalled it and some time later i had wished to install it again as an attempt to get it working again. I search the Microsoft Store and it is no there all of a sudden - it had always been there and had worked! So i go to the Asus support site and they have a link to donwnload the application which takes me to the online Microsoft store which then takes me to the desktop store and all of a sudden the application is there and i can install it. H

    Thank you for the advice

    I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

    ICE AudioWizard not showing on desktop Microsoft Store

    Microsoft store shows app Installed...not so

    Tried both suggestions as the Troubleshooting step did not fix the issue...Reset Windows Store and now the Appl in the store shows I OWN it...prior it showed it as installed.

    So still cannot re-install the app......
