Windows 10: Icons are weird

Discus and support Icons are weird in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I just reset my PC but now this happens.     Icons are weird


    I just reset my PC but now this happens.


    Either onedrive's icon turns into a random one:

    The local disk often turns into a picture.


    And other weird effects. What can I do?

    Weird desktop icon behaviour on Steam

    Yes, they are; however, when I right click on the "blue sphere" icon to change it and browse to the corresponding folder inside the Steam folder, it lets me go through all the steps, but the blue sphere remains. *Confused Icons are weird :confused:

    Windows Icons Weird

    Well in the past few days, I was tweaking and now something weird happened. Windows made all the icons become selected blue see in the pic? It is weird, even when I don't click on them they are. Is there a way to fix this?
