Icons in the notification area are turned off in Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, despite being...

I have several program/applications launched during start-up which store icons in the notification area. For several of the applications, I prefer the icons to be visible, as I use them frequently. Usually but not always after a scheduled reboot/restart of Windows, I have to Customize the notification area and set these icons to show in the notification area.

I rebooted this morning, and the icons for the applications appeared in the notification area showing. This afternoon, after stepping away for lunch, I return and the icons are turned off not showing - although the applications were still running. I customized the notification area to again show they icons.

Why does Window 10 set these icons to not show even though I set them to show? I am unable to find a solution by performing a google search....

My system has an i9-9920X processor and 32GB ram running Windows 10 Pro version 1909 build 18363.720. I have 840GB free on the system drive.

    Best Regards,

    Frank

Downloaded a Windows 10 pro 64 bit but turn to a 32 bit Windows 10, Why?

My Window 10 pro 64 bit was upgraded from Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit.

But I would like to clean re-install the Windows 10 pro 64 bit to a new SSD drive.

After I downloaded iso file from Microsoft and try set up to date.

Despite sovled the problem of a bug of Multiprocessor_configuration_not _supported problem. And installed the Windows 10 using quick install option.

The Windows turn to a 32 bit Windows 10 and not a pro version.

What did i missed in the steps?

And how can I fix this problem?

    Startup and Notification area

R]I ran this batch file, but it did not help (which I understand, because Task Manager > Processes does NOT show WinDates).

I am back to the conclusion that Win 10 can run WinDates manually, but not automatically at startup (via link). If I double-click on the link C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\WinDates.lnk, WinDates opens fine.

My next step will be to run a scan of system files to see if something is corrupt. However, any other suggestions are welcome.

Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.
