Windows 10: Icons missing and wierdly big and bold fonts

I Use windows 10 and recently i found wierd things happening to my pc today i found that most of the parts of windows dont have proper icons like wifi connection menu shows quare box instead of wifi signal icon and same applies action center and many other places . i wasnt able to take screen shot of the action center and wifi connection menu because it closed automatically when taking a screen shot but i found the same problem in magnifier too :





The icons arent proper and replaced with rectangles and squares in many places of winows 10 . And i also have fonts problem windows fonts are big and bold in many places and i reset the fonts and reinstalled em but that issue also arent fixed i think the icons dissappearing and fonts bold in some areas are connected and same issue ? maybe But heres how my fonts look big and bold in many places :





Here the fonts are too big and bold in opacity and fill menus which were perfect two days ago and i havent updated my pc from last week I have the lateset windows 10 v2004 no updates are available so i am up to date in latest version from past week and i suddenly started having these issues . i checked for malwares and viruses and found no malicious softwares and files. I cleaned cache of fonts and windows and still nothing happened . Help!

Bold font

unfortunately that didn't help. I'm still getting that bold font. I'm not sure which it is but Arial seems to be the go to font. I tried to uninstall the Bold one and was unable to do so. They said it was protected. Any other suggestions?

 

Can't find where to change the icon fonts to bold print

Hi,

To change the desktop icon fonts, follow the steps below:

• Type Display in the Ask me anything search box and press
  Enter.
• Click Advanced display settings under Customize your display
  window.
• Click Advanced sizing of text and other items under
  Related settings.
• A small window will pop up that has the options to change item size and text size. To bold the fonts, check the tick box beside the font size selector.

Times new roman bold font

To further isolate the concern, we suggest that you restore default settings and check if it helps. See steps below:

• Press the Windows key + X, and then click on Control
  Panel.
• Change the View by to large/small
  icons, and then click on Fonts.
• On the left pane, click on Font settings.
• Under Font settings, click on Restore default font settings.

If restoring the default font settings does not bring back the Times New Roman Regular font, we suggest that if you have another computer with Windows 10, you can copy the Times New Roman Regular font into your PC's Font folder.
