Windows 10: ICS stopped working to eithernet adapters

and if you run

ipconfig /all | clip

on a pc connected to that router

(the | clip puts the output on clipboard so you can paste in thread)

Let me start by describing my normal setup. I currently for the last two months use a (sprint) phone connected via USB to an Asus vivobook win 10 edition. I use Pdanet (full paid) to make the internet connection. Then using ICS in adapter section of networking I share this connection to the realtek family contoller ethernet adapter. From there I share to my Linksys smartfi ea8300 router. This has worked great for a little more than a month. I turned off all updating (that I could think of) to prevent changes... then a week ago stopped working. Internet to the laptop via usb still works like a champ but now only get limited or no internet to the router. Now this is where it gets fun....
I have 2 other computers(win 7, and win 8.1) and another ausus router plus various cat5's.. Ive tried all three computers both routers and different cables...always same outcome which is internet works on the computer but can not be shared... if it is it is limited and a static Ip is in my Ipv4 but once I set to obtain Ip automatically I lose it all. also Ive used two separate phones to test even resetting one back to factory default. I get the same pre generated static Ip address in the ethernet adapter ipv4 section from both phones... this all leads me to believe my isp(sprint) has changed something... I hope there is help...

Downloads fail windows 10

This is on MS edge, FTP, firefox etc.

I think I found an issue with one of my LAN adapters.

My motherboard has 2.

When plugging the eithernet cord into the other adapter everything works fine.

So possibly a driver issue.

 

No internet connection

I have a 5000 series Dell laptop with Windows 10. The error message I get with both the wireless adapter and eithernet connection is "no valid IP configuration". Neither device gets an IP address from a working router.

I have tried all the recommended fixes on the Internet to no avail

I found your screen pic interesting. It has "Use the following DNS server address:" but the field is blank. Do you have set up instructions which specify leaving this blank.

You pointed to Sprint, have you contacted them?

 

No sir, that is what fills in automatically when I first startICS to be shared from Pdanet (or usb tether without pdanet) to my ethernet adapter. that is auto filled into my Ipv4 properties on my ethernet adapter. I have not contacted Sprint as I feel most likely will not get a lot of , honest, feedback. Just wanted to see if anyone was having similar or knew of this issue first.

 

Don't think it would hurt to use Google's DNS servers.

 

I'm not exactly sure what you mean or quite how to do it.

I have made attempts in changing things.. using google DNS settings as such. Obviously I am doing something wrong. Do I need to change my settings on all adapters or just the adapter being provided internet from my ISP? I tried just that first, didn't seem to work, then I tried changing it to every adapter down the line.. including my internal router settings... I am trying to post some pics for you guys from my ipconfig /all and my router settings..but I am having problems uploading those as well now.

Since you said it was working I think I would have just changed it on that one page you showed us. I say this as it said use DNS and then didn't give address.

When you change were you still able to connect to internet from PC that was tethered to phone.

 

surprisingly I was still able to connect to the internet on the computer from the phone. Maybe possibly not connecting to some sites, I figured was from Google sns settings.
