Windows 10: idk wats going on it keeps telling me to talk to my app vendor

I been having trouble with my pc. it wont let me into any apps. keeps telling me to notify my app vendor. so wat do I do

cant download apps displaying wrong username wat do i do about that

in the app store I want to download an app it is once again telling me to put in a password an when I do that page pops up again then I realized that the username is wrong plz help I've had this problem before idk wat I did but it stopped after I messed
with it an now once again its back plz plz plz plz plz help me thank u

My apps keep going white on my desktop. And I don't know why.

cortana won`t talk to me

• Check and verify if Cortana is activated?
• Does Cortana search and gives any output/result on screen?
• Is the Language and region settings set to valid value?
• Check and verify if Cortana available in your region?

Method 1:

I suggest you to try to turn Cortana off and then try turning it on back and check if she talks. Refer to the steps below to turn Off and On Cortana:

• Open Cortana.
• Click the hamburger button in the top left of the window.
• Go to Settings and click on off.
• Follow the same steps to turn it on.
• Check if issue persists.
