Windows 10: IECache

Discus and support IECache in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; So i have a problem, an error keeps popping up every like 20-10 minutes it says that IECache.dll is not a valid win32 application, how do i fix this or...     So i have a problem, an error keeps popping up every like 20-10 minutes it says that IECache.dll is not a valid win32 application, how do i fix this or delete IEcache? i cant find it on my computer please help. And by the way windows antivirus says that its an adware when the error pops up.
