Windows 10: If I factory reset my password, will i be able to enter a new email address for Administrator?

Hello,I bought a new laptop to replace one, which I also recently purchased. Accidently, I used my Gmail on the new laptop instead of Outlook email address and i was wondering if i can change this by factory resetting my new laptop. On the "old" laptop that I recently returned for the new one, I used an Outlook email address on that machine and i was hoping to use the same one instead of Gmail which i barely use. Can I replace the Gmail with the correct Outlook email by factory resetting my computer?

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.

Reset your password

I'll try your "Get account help by email" suggestion and post the solution here when I've found one.

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  Open PC settings, and click/tap on Accounts on the left side.

  Click/tap on your account on the right side, click/tap on the More account settings online link at the top of the right side.
  
• 
  If this PC or device is not a trusted device, then you will be prompted to enter and submit a security code sent to your phone or alternate email address.

  In Internet Explorer, or your default web browser, click/tap on the Add or change aliases link under Account aliases.

  Click/tap on Rename under your (primary alias).

  Click/tap on Yes, rename my primary alias.
