Windows 10: If I update Windows 10 by downloading and installing the ISO files will my saved games be...

I am talking mainly of steam saved games but they all matter. A few weeks ago Windows 10 started to refuse to detect and download updates and it is bothering me every 15 minutes or so with a message box that says Windows is not up to date and its annoying af.

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.
