Windows 10: If you cannot even get into your pc how can you fix a login problem???

I reset my computerdesktop pc and suddenly my pin i always use disappeared. It has sign in options password or reset pin Well when i clicked on either one it sent me right back to same screen. Then it blocked my account too many attempts so I had to use my phone thought I fixed it but all it did was change password for my cellphone ms account. Help for pc link would be ever so helpful when you use your phone because you pc wont work, help?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.

MW2 Problem

I think the game is booting, then Steam is trying to boot, but is hanging during the login process, hell it may be sitting there wait for you to enter your password.

Try this, turn Steam On and log in. Click on the game listed in the "My Games" tab to start MW2 and see if the problem continues. If that does not work, you have 2 other suggestions above.
