Im getting BSOD about 3 - 4 times a day. Only when Im playing Battlefield 4

Im getting BSOD about 3 - 4 times a day. Only when Im playing Battlefield 4. I have read everything that I can find online about the issue and not come up with a solution. Now Im hoping for the best in this forum.

Is the IM client on the new model KINs?

I remember that the old KINs did not have an IM client. That was the only thing holding me back from getting it... Do the new KINs have an IM client? What about MicroSD support? What changes have their been since the older model KINs?
