Windows 10: I'm getting error code 0x803F8001

I can't play many of the MS games.

I'm getting the following message:

Microsoft Sudoku is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Earlier I had the same problem with Minesweeper. I ended up deleting and reinstalling it. That solved the problem but I don't want to have to do that every time I want to play a game.

Ok, so I followed all the instructions. I tried everything. I am thinking it's time for Microsoft to step up and fix this error.
