Strange behavior from taskbar-cursor interaction?

Arezal, tried your suggestion. Seemed to work when in Firefox open screen, but as soon as I placed the cursor on the minimized Thunderbird icon, the taskbar disappeared and wouldn't reappear with cursor hover???

I want to make my Windows 10 narrower (but I don't want to hide it). I've tried putting the cursor on the upper line of the taskbar space and dragging it down, but that's not working. Any suggestions?

Exactly as it sounds someone else is controlling my cursor from the bottom

lower (R) side and drags the cursor down and the only way I can stop it is to

turn off my PC

2. Also what do you mean when you say "takes control of my cursor and doesn't

let go"?

Exactly as it sounds the circle drags the cursor down and won't let go for me

to control the PC

3. Are you facing issue with your Mouse Cursor?

I guess that's what it's called.

4. Does the same issue occurs with different mouse as well?



This is the mouse pad that's located right on the PC, touch pad
