Windows 10: im having Video_tdr_failure nvlddmkm.sys

Hello i had a big problem the past 2 days , i've been playing a game normally, then my pc crashed and i got ''video_tdr_faulure Nvlddmkm.sys'', then my nvidia stopped working and i had code 41 i think i tried a lot of things from internet but nothing worked , so i restored my PC to factory settings , and i downloaded the latest nvidia driver 441.66 and everything was working fine until i tried to play a game , and i had the same problem over again , so im just wondering is my graphic card broken or is there some kind of problem with the new nvidia driver . cuz ive been playing with it for a couple of days without any problem . help me pls

Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys)

I tried the fix above and it only worked for a day then the same video_tdr_failure igdkmd64.sys appeared and restarted my pc. I have an Intel HD 4400 Graphics on my pc.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I have already tried to install the newest versions of the video card from Intel which did not work.

My Dell computer with Windows 10 crashes frequently, displaying Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys). When the computer restarts the clock always indicates 1 hour earlier than before the crash. What is the problem?

hello im zac i got a hp envy windows 7 professional about a year ago and about a month ago i got windows 10 i did the cmd command to upgrade every thing worked it was super cool i was playing minecraft at the time but a week ago i started to play a game
on steam called unturned its a free game it has graphics similar to minecraft so cant be hard on my cpu witch is a i7 and i dont have a gpu only the one built in so im playing unturned and my game freezes for no reason because i was geting really good fps
and then my audio goes out and makes a buzzing sound then a get a black screen then gose blue and saysyour pc ran into a problem and needs a restart we're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart for you error video_tdr_failure (igrdkmd64.sys)
and then when its done geting data it restarts i click to play unturned again then it will randomly do it again and it will happen even at the main menu pc specs

also my hp support assistant witch is a app and it says i need to do a update thing with windows but it will get to 45 or like 81 then stop and not do any thing for hours and i could also play unturned just fine on windows 7
