    I'm trying to install Splashid Pro 9, which I own, but I keep getting a 0x80070005 error....


    I've gone through your MS.com site and tried many of the suggestions but the window saying "Sorry about that. We're aware of the issue and working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later. Code 0x8007m0005. <Close>" keeps coming up.I've refreshed many times, rebooted about 3 or 4 times over several days, but keep getting this error. Today I even went through a process recommended on your site that reinstalled windows 10. Still get the error. I was able to download and install Splashid on another win10 computer here with no problems. I have a fast internet.Please help
