Windows 10: Im trying to upgrade to windows 11

Im attempting to update to windows 11, I do the pc health check app thingy to see, It was the tpm at first. I enabled it in bios. Now I did it. health check says I can upgrade. I go to updates tab in settings and it says I may not upgrade

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:
