Windows 10: [IMAGE]Can't put items on the bottom row of desktop

Discus and support [IMAGE]Can't put items on the bottom row of desktop in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; am I missing something ,I seem to be able to put icons where ever I want I think it's just one of those random Windows 10 quirks, that affects people...     I think it's just one of those random Windows 10 quirks, that affects people with some particular combination of hardware and software. In my case, it happened when I added a second 30 inch monitor; I suddenly couldn't put anything on the bottom row of the first display (until I learned the trick above), though the bottom row on the second display works fine.

    Hi,

    i solved this issue by following this steps:

    1) Right click on desktop and select Display settings.

    2) Scroll down and select Advanced Display Settings.

    3) Scroll down and select Advanced sizing of text and other items

    4) Select "set a custom scaling level" (highlighted in blue).

    5) In the scaling box enter 120% and click OK.


    6) Click Apply and it will ask you to restart

    The better way to solve this without messing around with scaling options (can possibly ruin you with the Windows 10 DPI issues) would be to right click on the desktop and make sure under View->Auto arrange icons and Align icons to grid is turned off. You will then be able to move them around freely on the screen without the changes mentioned above.

    Yeh, but the problem with that is that I think it will get a mess because there is no grid
