    Facebook will not load on Chrome or Firefox since last Windows 10 update

    Since the last Windows update Facebook will not load on either Chrome or Firefox, but loads on Edge. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both and cleared cookies to no avail. the loading either times out or comes up with an error message. If I didn't
    know better (!) would think it was a cunning ploy to edge out other browsers. Any suggestions?

    IE Version

    EDGE Version

    Microsoft EdgeHTML 15.14986

    Symptoms : Try to load YouTube.com fails in IE and EDGE.

    YouTube embedded videos also don't play in IE and EDGE

    DIAGNOSTICS SO FAR:

    NSLOOKUP resolves the address using the ISP's DNS Server

    changed DNS to Google 8.8.8.8

    NSLOOKUP resolves the Address

    Ipconfig /flushdns same results

    Set enhanced logging on Router/Firewall and all traffic goes through - not blocked

    launched Chrome youtube loads and plays videos, also plays embedded videos

    Launched Firefox youtube loads and plays videos, also plays embedded videos

    EDGE - Cleared browsing history/cookies and saved website data/cached data and files/tabs I've set aside or recently closed

    tried bing search - YouTube/?gl=GB&hl=en-GB page

    edge and IE 11slower than a 1990's browser and only loads partial pages, Chrome and firefox are super fast

    Abdul, thanks for your suggestions, neither worked and then I got stuck in safemode, got out finally and reloaded Win 10, still fine with chrome and firefox, IE 11 still loads about 1/3 of the page and edge the same and not loading any pictures/photos

    Probably a bad copy of Win 10, unfortunately it was paid for , not a free upgrade because I had Vista

    Will just use Firefox/Chrome
