Windows 10: Impossible select themes

    I have a big problem every time I go in option and after on themes, it opens the screen and closes immediately and I can not of course choose any theme
    I have windows 10 64 creator

    This is control panel on customizaton..no themes

    Please some advise to solve it
    Sincerly i see now that i have installed UxStyle and time ago i update to Windows 10 Creators.
    So i search in web but i dont find solution to unistall it

    SOLVED
    I unistall at the moment the app unsigned themes and now the themes appears
    Now remain to find the way to unistall UxStyle completly

    E5, How to remove the "Chat Activate service" message on the home screen

    I tried that, but the problem is that after ->Standby mode, I do not have a choice "Mode Settings", I can only select different "Home screen theme"s. I select "horizontal icon bar". But it seems impossible to further change settings in this "theme" ?

    When selecting other "themes", e.g."vertical icon bar", the "chat activate service" message is not visible.
