Windows 10: Impossible to update Version 1809 and 1903 of Windows10

Although I know that my computer is running a Version 1803 of Windows that's nearing the end of support, I can't update to version 1809 and version 1903. I already updated Version 1089 three times and Version 1903 two times, but I failed to update. The problem is: I can't open Windows because the computer is stuck.

I would like to ask you if I can run my computer without the support of Microsoft.

If you are receiving updates to version 189, those are not the same as updating to 1903, those are just cumulative updates (fixes) to version 1809 . . .

If you do want to upgrade to version 1903, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to immediately get 1903 and bring your PC right up to date.

!903 is a really stable build, much more so than 1809 was . . .

There is no need to install version 1809, you can go straight to version 1903 on both devices, the 1903 version will make all previous versions obsolete . . .

To early to update to Version 1903?

Those that have upgraded to Version 1903, is MS still coming out with download updates to that version quite frequently? Or, do you suggest waiting another month or 2?

I waited 3 months to upgrade to 1809. This past May, I never saw so many updates to that version......weekly! Maybe those updates were some additions that are in 1903???
