    I have this file located in c:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows Defender

    "IMpService77BDAF73-B396-481F-9042-AD358843EC24.lock"

    I'm not able to delete, name change, or move it. I has 0 bytes. I'm using windows 10 home which is up to date. I've tried "Unlocker", "File Unlocker", as well as windows 10 tools such as Power Shell. and using command prompt. Anyone else have this? Is it dangerous?

    Windows Defender ERROR: Signature Update failed with hr=80070241

    I can not update Windows Defender signatures on Windows 10, the error code is 0x80070241

    Here is the content of my "MpCmdRun.log"

    Windows defender not updating definitions on windows 10

    Ended up figuring out how to Activate Windows 10 Enterprise Tech Preview.

    Still same error:
