In Window 10 Pro, I cannot install an App WEBULL from Google Play Store, as in my Google account, devices under Microsoft Window Account do not appear.

My understanding is Window 10 Pro will allow access and download Google Play Store Apps

Google Play Store, as far as apps, are only compatible with the Android platform and not with Windows 10. Alternatively, Google Play Music and Google Play Movies & TV can be run on a web browser, but they do not have their own apps (except for Google Play Music
which has an unofficial app on the Microsoft Store called gPlayer).
