Windows 10: Inaccessible Boot Device, restart loop

Hi there. While using my Lenovo Legion Y720 laptop today it turned off suddenly. I plugged it in and restarted it and was met with the blue screen. It then restarted and I was met with the black screen. This screen persists, even after I left it for 40 minutes straight.

I have tried restarting multiple times and always get the same result. I called Microsoft support and they told me I need to take it into a store. Unfortunately all the stores around me have closed due to Coronavirus. I have tried multiple troubleshooting methods, most of which try to navigate me towards the advanced boot options, but so far I can’t get there. Im reading incredibly conflicting information on how to do it.

I’m told this problem often occurs when you have installed new software or drivers, but I don’t think I have done so lately,

I would really appreciate the help. I desperately need my laptop to work, as due to Coronavirus everything I need to do for school and work must now be done online.

It is an intermediate level link.
There are more advanced steps that can be ran once the partition structure is known.
There are steps for repair of the boot sector, operating system, etc.
Sometimes this bugcheck can be caused by windows updates.

A reset save files equivalent may be able to be performed.
Alternatively a clean install can be performed once important files are backed up.

Unable to get past step 1 . Tried both safe mode and safe mode with networking. Goes back to inaccessible boot device.
