  1. Inactive system proceses is taking 99% of my cpu

    Hello

I will start by this, recently I had a lot of frame drops when I played video games but that issue started after a windows update I reinstalled it and it worked ok until now. About a week ago frame drops came back I tried everything from installing new drivers to optimize the power of my pc, but today I looked at task manager and I went to CPU usage and clicked on the detailed view I don't know the accurate answer since my windows is in Slovene. Well, when I checked it I saw something called "inactive system processes" and it took 99 of my cpu (i cant say 99% since % is not displayed). I also found something called modernstartup.exe I think its called like that and it was displayed as a programme so it showed me that it took 60% of my CPU. But the problem is that i can't scan unactive system processes. What do i do?

  2. CPU at 99%

    Hello,

To better assist you with your concern, we would like to ask you a few questions:

    • When you start your computer, is the CPU usage already at 99%?
    • Do you have programs on your startup items?

    Regards.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
