    Inappropriate charges from Gemini Trust


    In February 2020, Tech David Frick, MIC-0512, Case ID: 14859 installed a Microsoft Plan entitled Lifetime Security & Lifetime Warranty for a total cost of $840.00. I was assigned Customer ID MST3707. My savings account ending in 6881 was charged on 2/21/2020 by Gemini Trust 1557566, $500.00, and on 2/24/2020 by Gemini Trust 1558758, $340.00, thereby payiing the total amount due. Subsequently Gemini Trust has charged my savings account as follows: 3/3/2020, 1568840, $500.00, 3/9/2020, 1574941, $500.00, 3/13/2020, 1585059, $500.00, and 3/20/2020, 1603537, $500.00. Therefore I have been overcharged $2,000.00 and firmly request a refund immediately and that you stop Gemini Trust for having any access to my account. Thank you.
