Windows 10: incompatable driver

Hi AllI had installed some time ago, an external driver Western Digital, but later installed a larger external driver called Seagate. All has worked fine for over a year, but I received an error message in Micro security informing me I have an incompatible driver and it named the Western Digital WDGSAM 64 The only one I found was one named Western under printers. Am happy to delete this but if I cant the message I get currently is Memory integrity is compromised. Mico has warned me removing a driver may not assist.This episode arose when my computer would not restart, started to fire up, then

Windows 10 - Memory Integrity - Incompatible Drivers

Good day all,

Please could someone advise how I might identify and safely remove/disable/update the following incompatible drivers, so that memory integrity can be re-enabled.

The incompatible drivers are as follows;
- ftdibus.sys
- wdcsam64_prewin8.sys
- PxHIpa64.sys
- SaiH0C2D.sys
- tib.sys

Autoruns lists nearly all of these files however I have not used this utility before, so thought it's best I ask first.

Any and all suggestions are very much appreciated!

incompatible drivers

Hi kspak,

The drivers listed must be in the C:\Windows\System folder, usually in the Driver folder, that is where Windows would have read those drivers from when they were listed as incompatible with that function, I cannot understand how those drivers are not in that folder.

 

Fixing These Incompatible Drivers

I have a list of incompatible drivers since a Windows update in July or August. I deleted all the drivers that were incomptable. However, when I did a Microsoft update today, there were optional drivers. They were for the ones that were originally incompatible. I downloaded then and guess what. They are all incompatible drivers. Windows/Microsoft are perpetuating this problem.
