  1. inconsistent fps and low gpu usage after factory resetting my pc.

After doing a factory reset on my pc, I noticed my fps got inconsistent when playing games. I also saw my gpu usage was around 30%-60% which is not normal for my computer. My GPU usage would usually sit around 90% before the factory reset.CPU: Ryzen 5 5600xGPU: Rx 5600xtRAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz 2x8

  3. Good Pc but low fps

Hello . Few months ago i rebuild my pc and i added new components .

GPU : Geforce Gtx 1050 TI

    CPU : AMD FX - 6300

    RAM : 8 GB

    OS : Windows 10 Pro (x64)

I think i have a good pc , but in League of legends i have 60 fps and i drops to 20 fps constantly and i have Medium settings and i dont know why .

I recently reinstalled my windows so i dont know what can be wrong .

On msi afterburner i have 35-40 on CPU temperature and i have this cooler : Cooler CPU Thermaltake Contac 21

Now i rechecked and i have 35 temperature when im doing nothing and i have 41-42 when im playing the game so i think this is good .I start
the CAM overlay to see the infos while im playing the app block my fps to 51 , but when i disabled it i had like 90 fps but with the risk that they wiil drop .

I played with Very High setting and the ussage of the CPU was 27-37 % and the GPU 22 - 32 %( this was a test match with bots)

Now i played a ranked match and the stats was that :

    Medium setting

    26-50 % CPU ( in the final i dont know why but it was 79 % )

    2-15 % GPU ( the maximum was like 40 % -just 1-2 times)

    CPU - 41-47 C

    GPU - 40-44 C

And when fps drops my CPU is like 40 % usage and GPU 2 % usage

I played with Very high settings .

I had like 75-90 fps at the start and i drops to 20-30 and by the final of the game i had like 50-65 fps drop to 10-15 fps .

BSODs and Low FPS with Low GPU usage - New issue on an older setup

    Hi everyone,

I've been having recent issues with random BSODs and more importantly low FPS on certain 3D games with low GPU usage and low FPS and have not been able to find a solid answer as to why. I was able to play games like Sea of Thieves and Shadow of War with 144 FPS 6 months ago, but now these games along with most other 3D games such as It Takes Two or A Way Out run at 3-38 FPS. Oddly enough, I can still play Overwatch and Fall Guys with normal 120-144 FPS without issue. Other online games like League of Legends also run fine. I haven't downloaded any new software aside from GPU and Windows updates. Here are my specs from user benchmark:

    Computer Type: Desktop
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super, No overclock/undervolt, VRAM is 8192 MB
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x , No overclock/undervolt
    Motherboard: MBD: Asrock B450 Gaming K4 - BIOS V. 3.50
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB, No overclock
PSU: Corsair CX650 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze
Operating System & Version: Windows 10 64 bit clean install
GPU Drivers: GeForce Game Ready Driver 497.29

As far as BSODs go, there is no rhyme or reason for any of these. I got this BSOD today (of note, it has happened twice where the BSOD happens during antivirus scanned, then a third time today while I was writing the post):

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xffffffffffffffcc, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff80521f37a98, 0x0000000000000002). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 3061746e-0cdb-4eee-bdf0-4df0bff81f46.

Here is the minidump file: Dropbox - 012122-7921-01.zip - Simplify your life

The BSOD during the post writing was the page fault in nonpaged area and the item that failed was: ntfs.sys

    Things I have tried:

Reinstalling graphics driver and resetting 3D settings on GeForce Experience/Control Panel

Reverting to old graphics driver version prior to the issues

    Disabling all overlays

    Uninstalling and reinstalling the games

Changing my MBD settings to have the XMP Profile 2.0 to increase Ram performance (done after the benchmark setting you see above; still no improvement)

Checking CPU/GPU usage via Task manager. GPU shows 1-4% usage during Shadow of War on ultra settings (what I used to play on). CPU is running around 40% during gameplay.

Running system memory checks using cmd and Run commands

Things I have read about but am too afraid to try/have not yet done because I feel uncomfortable doing so at my skill level:

    Updating BIOS

Updating other drivers on MOBO such as AMD Chipset/etc (I really just don't wanna mess with the MOBO stuff)

Overclocking (I don't see how this would fix anything because everything ran smoothly like 6 months ago)

Uninstalling my hospital's remote desktop connection to the electronic health record system

I really have nowhere else to turn to, and will appreciate any advice I can get on this bizarre issue. I just want to be able to play games again because it is one of the few things that brings pure joy into my life. Thank you all in advance and please let me know if there's any way I can give more information to help you help me!

P.S. I'm currently a medical resident so I apologize if my responses aren't very timely as I'm usually pretty busy at work!
