Windows 10: Incorrect Microsoft Update the KB4493509

i recently install th windows 10 in my cumpeter, previously i had 8.1. I install an application as well, DIALux 4.13. In ther helping site say this: "The problem with "My Database" in DIALux 4.13 is caused by an incorrect Microsoft update and can be solved by uninstalling the KB4493509 " if you could help me, how to solve this problem. I can t find the update mention, so i can not unistall it.

This Windows KB4493509 update causes one of my important apps to malfunction. A few months ago I was able to uninstall it each time from the list of updates, but now whilst I can still see it on the list there
is no longer an 'uninstall option'.

I have seen that there is now a way of preventing it from being installed, but I need to uninstall it first - any help would be gratefully received.

Right about the 10 days thing! I can see the update on my list of updates but I have no option to uninstall.

I'm using a piece of lighting design software called DiaLux; the people there know there's a problem with KB4493509. I've deleted it before because it installs automatically. But it's been a few weeks since I last used it and now it looks like the update
is here to stay.

Any advice gratefully received.

Hi Vanshita re:Windows KB4493509. I understand that I need to stop it from installing - BUT IT IS ALREADY INSTALLED. I can see it in my list of updates but I no longer have the option to uninstall
it as there is no longer an 'uninstall option'.
