Windows 10: Incorrect paramaters

What can I do to fix my computer? I have an HP laptop with windows 10. After the last update I can no longer transfer my mp3 books from Overdrive to my Zune. I receive a message "Incorrect paramerters".

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Mail in Windows 10 - incorrect email address suggestion

When I create a new message and start to type an address a list of suggestions pops up. The top one is incorrect and I want to delete it but it does NOT appear in my contacts. How can I get rid of it?

But it won't actually go into the advanced menu. I held down shift and it just went to the normal menu. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to hold it after that comes up.

I tried the commands in the command prompt that I could open via the admin account, it gave me a message after the command saying something along the lines of paramaters don't exist, paramaters are incorrect, or paramaters are denied.
