Windows 10: Incorrect password - except it isn't

    Incorrect password - except it isn't


    About 1 time in five when we turn on my wife's PC (Dell Precision 3430), it refuses to allow anyone to login - saying the password is incorrect. Neither Num-Lock, nor Caps-Lock are on when this happens. This is a recently installed machine which was running version 1903 and was upgraded yesterday to 1909. Problem just happened again earlier this evening.

    Simplest way to get out of this is to just re-start the machine and it then works just fine! If it's of any relevance there's an icon at the right hand end of the password entry field that looks a bit like an eye - but it doesn't appear to do much.

    Any thoughts on what might be causing this problem?

    Printer isn´t working after latest update.

    After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
    3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

    The Password is Incorrect

    I have tried login in to my computer on Windows 10 but it shows password is incorrect. I have followed the steps indicated but it is still showing that the password is incorrect. Please advise.

    Incorrect password for Yahoo Mail on Lumia 520

    Let's continue working on this. We suggest that you remove the email account on the phone and add it back again by following these steps:

    To remove your email account:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Tap email + accounts.
    • Press and hold the email that you want to remove.
    • Select delete.
    • Confirm by selecting delete again.

    To add your email account:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Tap email + accounts.
    • Tap add an account.
    • Tap the type of email your going to add.
    • Type the email address and password.
    Make sure you're connected to the internet when performing these steps.

    Note: Removing the account will delete all the information associated with it.
