Windows 10: incorrect speed test results

Discus and support incorrect speed test results in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; i do not use wifi in my home,,my 3 laptops are hard wired through a router into a modemspectrum. on 2 of the pcs the speedtest results are correct...     incorrect speed test results


    i do not use wifi in my home,,my 3 laptops are hard wired through a router into a modemspectrum. on 2 of the pcs the speedtest results are correct based on my observation of how fast i can download/upload pages. the download speed is close to 100, which is what i'm paying for. on the 3rd pcan hp pavillion the download/upload speed is just as fast, although when i run multiple speed tests, they are telling me that the upload speed is around 8 9 or 10. i know these results are incorrect. so the question is, what on this hp pavillion is interferring with obtaining the correct speed test resul
