Windows 10: Increase Font Size Shortcut Not Working

In the last month or so, I noticed that the increase font size shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+>) no longer works. I've cross-tested this in Microsoft Word, Google Dogs, and various email platforms. The decrease shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+<) still works fine, so I'm not sure what's causing the issue. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

Follow the steps to change the font size:

• Click on "Windows logo" and select "Settings".
• Select "System".
• You can change the font size here.

Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

• Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
• Select "Control Panel" from suggestions.

can't adjust font size...

  Click on change font size from the left pane.
