Windows 10: increase ram and installing a better graphics card

Hello I need to know if I can install more ram to this 4gb ram and if so what is the max I by in ram. Next question can I install a better graphic card into this system to be able handle some of the gaming program. If so any recommendation Please.

Dedicated graphics RAM can not be increased, the amount of RAM on graphics cards is built in.

The only way is to install a new graphics card with more dedicated graphics RAM.

This relatively easy on a desktop, but on a laptop, virtually impossible.

i want to increase my dedicated video ram i have intel iris 5100 but i dont know how pls list a step by step way to increase it (windows 10)
