    Inexplicable windows 10 installation error


    I ran the troubleshooter for windows 10 upgrade, as it's not happening. I qualify in all aspects, except it says KB3035583 not installed. but when I open my windows update history, it says this morning that was installed, and when I try to re-install it, as shown, it says already installed..
    Any ideas on what's happening?

    Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB2267602 (Definition 1.239.762.0) - Error 0x80070643

    Keep getting the above error and haven't altered or uninstalled any software so inexplicable. Has anyone any idea what is causing this

    No luck at all. Still getting the error Mail still gets hung up for hours sometimes and then inexplicably starts working again. VERY frustrating. Why isn't there a specific fix for this error?
