    Cerber Ransomware Infection-Can files be decrypted for free?

    Greetings. One of my clients is suffering from a ransomware infection called cerber ransomware as I have known and it has encrypted almost all of the data present in C:/. The files have an extension of .9QTB or something similar.I saw the following article
    about this for more information:

    (The image is same as that of given in the link so I am pretty sure it is the same.)

    Bleeping computer has also provided a support topic forum for that here, but a rough look
    suggests that there is no decryptor available till date. Is it true? If not, It would be great to get one. Additional information is also welcomed.
