Windows 10: infolinks pop up window

How can I stop the infolinks pop up window from keep showing when using Microsoft Edge?

Microsoft usually gives pop up window if there's an available update. To make sure, you can check it under
Update & Security > Windows Update, then click on the
Check for updates button. You can also send us a screenshot of the pop up window so we can identify if it's from Windows 10 update.

We'll keep an eye out for your response.

I have MS 10 o my 2 y.o. Dell system and over the last month or so I have been getting a plain blue box open on whatever page I am on and it tells me that there is an important update for my system it gives me three choices update now update in 1 hour or
remind me later. Is this really from MS?? If not what to do?
