Windows 10: Infuriating. Fresh installed systems STILL show faulty, unwanted User name. Any help?

Unwanted user account in start window can't be deleted

1 What is the name of the unknown, unwanted user account?

2 Does the unknown, unwanted user account show up in the list produced in response to the [Command prompt] command net user
- If there are any unknown entries in the response, post the list so they can all be explained or identified as suspect

3 Is your proper account [your "name"] a local account or is it an MSAccount? {If it is an MSAccount do not attempt to change it using the HirensBootCD mentioned above}.

Are both the accounts are admin account?

I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

Steps: To determine the user account type:

• 
  Login to any account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key+X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on User accounts.
  
• 
  Your user account will show and below that it will show your local account or admin account.
  
• 
  Once you know about the account type.
  
• 
  You can go to user account and change the name.
  
• 
  Press Windows key+R.
  
• 
  Type netplwiz and press enter.
  
• 
  Select the account and click on properties.
  
• 
  Change the user name and click on apply and then ok and one more time click on ok on the main screen.
  
• 
  Reboot the computer and check if it helps

• Now try removing the user name and password by clicking on the credential.
