Windows 10: Input language duplication reappears all the time

Discus and support Input language duplication reappears all the time in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Well, it looks like the LogonUI does this.     Seriously, I've no idea why LogonUI insists on adding that key and value. I also tried to delete relevant HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\CTF\Assemblies records but it just didn't help. I think what I'll do is create a small script that deletes this registry key every once in a while...

    So I went with the script approach. It looks like this
