Windows 10: Input Language Hot key resetting at boot

Hello,

Windows 10 seems to have a bug regarding changing an Input Language Hot key.

I set "Ctrl+5" to switch to GR keyboard language but everytime I reboot, this setting is reset to "(none)"!


This does not happen if I sing in with a local account.

I do have all my Microsoft Account sync options enabled.


Is there a solution to this?

No more explanation, my new explanation is same as previous time. Because, I don't know how to explain to you how to understand my issue.

this issue only the function can't remember user's setting, Whatever setting for Hot Keys input language after using around 1 hour or less than this function will be reset to 'None"

I don't know condition, however these functions was reset soon.

For example:

This time I've set Hot Key input language by Key Left Alt+Shift+[1, 2, 3] then, when I want to change input language from Eng to Thai I use Left Alt+Shift+[2] when I need to change from Than to Eng I will use Left Alt+Shift+[1]) that's it.

After using around 1 hour or less than these functions will be reset to 'None"

A Hot key for Ukrainian input language does not work.

The issue exists on all computers with fresh installation of Windows 1709! Try it yourself.

I've tried several key sequences for Ukrainian input language and none of them work. The icon in systray not changing, but I can click on it or press Win + Space and choose the language I need and it works fine.
