Windows 10: Input Not Supported

My desktop has been working fine but one night it just started to glitch. I have tried and looked for possible solutions for this matter like checking the monitor itself and the cables for possible issue however I found none. My brother tried to change the screen resolution and the monitor just went black and displayed input not supported. Is there anyway I could bring back the screen resolution to default? Also, how could I start the pc normally without having to start it using safe mode? Thank you

Following up on your concern about the error The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 1366x768@60 Hz or any other monitor listed time as per the monitor specifications. How did
it go after trying DaveM121's suggestion?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
