  1. Insane display driver

I've had some problems with drivers for a bit and though I was making ground. If I update my sound driver everything gets scratchy and sounds underwater. If I uninstall and reset sounds great. It updated itself sometimes- I was suggested to download autoruns and hide the update and it's been working fine ever since. My display driver has a similar issue but now it has escalated a bit. When I take online classes the live video cuts out for a couple seconds every half a minute then picks up where it left off so does zoom/skype. Any time I try to play any of my games the character interactions freeze every 20 or so seconds for a couple of seconds, but there's still usually some mortal kombat style dancing going on, and then everything catches back up to itself. YouTube worked great throughout the whole ordeal. I have gotten it working a couple of times. The first time the problem seemed to be a bad startup program and with a clean boot and delete it was all working great. Then the problem came back and I uninstalled updated display drivers and it was working again. I thought Autoruns just didn't work for the display driver. It kept happening and, trying to figure it out, I uninstalled the driver a couple of times. Every time I did it worked great for a while then the problem returned. Then something started happening where when I uninstalled new drivers it would wind up "Microsoft basic display adapter". If I updated reset and uninstalled it would usually return to the vega 8 graphics that worked great. Now I don't even seem to be able to get it to work at all.. Sometimes there are 2 vega 8 drivers in browse my computer list.. sometimes there is also vega 8 mobile drivers.. and sometimes there is just the basic display and a vega driver. Even other times just a basic display at all. Please somebody help me! I think the computer works just fine and I'm just missing something...

    :)
