Windows 10: Insider Hub under 18

I am 20 years old but your insider says I'm under 18. Big issue when I'm testing your flight sim

I suggest you to Perform the below steps and install the Insider Hub.

• Go to Settings, then System and then
  Apps & Features.
• Click on Manage Optional Features.
• Click on Add a Feature.
• Navigate the list, locate Insider Hub, and click
  install.

Xbox insider hub says I need to be 18? I am. Help

I am playing on Windows 10 pc as well. I uninstalled insider, created a new Microsoft account (and made sure the age was older than 18), created a family and joined as an adult (I'm not sure if this step is necessary), logged on to that new account in
the Microsoft store and redownloaded the insider hub using that account.

1. Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
   
2. Have you signed in using the Microsoft account?
   
3. Are you able to search for other apps on the Microsoft Store?
   

However, you may follow these steps to check if that helps.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step 2: You can also try to manually
download the Xbox Insider Hub from the link.
