1. Which version of Insider build you have installed?
   
2. Are you missing Phone screen (in preview) and
   Notifications (in preview) options from the app?
   

If yes, I would suggest you to follow the methods mentioned below to fix the issue.



Method 1

Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store

Refer the article Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store
for the steps.

Note: Ignore the option of performing Reset, since you’ve already tried.



Method 2

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to Uninstall Your Phone through commands on Windows 10. To do so.

1. Open Powershell as an administrator.
   
2. Copy-paste the following command:
   
   Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.YourPhone* -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage
   
3. Hit the Enter key, so that the app will be removed.
   
4. Restart the device once.
   
5. Login to Microsoft Store to re-install
   Your Phone app and check the status of the issue.

Windows 10 Insider Preview 16215.1000 (rs_prerelease) again.

If the issue persists, roll back to your previous version. This time, we recommend not installing
Windows 10 Insider Preview 16215.1000 (rs_prerelease); then, send a feedback using your built-in feedback application to inform the programmers about your concern.
