Windows 10: Insider Preview update stuck at 100% but won't restart URGENT

I was on my computer attempting to update Windows 10 but it keeps on getting stuck at 100% download and it's the last day of support of build. Any Ideas?

Error when am updating to Windows 10 Insider Preview 17735.1000 (rs5_release)

Hi,

Am experiencing problems when doing update with Windows 10 Insider Preview 17735.1000 (rs5_release). I downloads and prompts for a restart but after that am the update does not go to 100%. it stops at 61% then restarts again. I check and my version of windows
still remains the same.

I have tried the following steps but it did not work for me:

• I have done the troubleshooting step provided in the site by using wu170509.diagcab to fix it but it does not work.

• I also tried doing the manual disabling of doing the net stop then renaming SoftwareDistribution but it still does not work
• Also tried restarting my machine couple of times and redoing the update but nothing happens.

What steps do you further recommended to get this sorted out?

Get stuck on Windows 10 Insider Preview 14342. Can't update Windows Insider Preview.

Dear community members, please help me to find out what's wrong with my copy of Windows Insider Preview. For about a month, I'm stuck on build 14342, and can't get builds 14352, 14356, 14361, 14364. Windows Update just doesn't see them, but downloading
other updates, such as virus definitions for Windows Defender. I'm applied to Windows Insider program, and I'm on the "Fast" ring to get updates. Maybe I have to clean some specific temp folder, or restart some service?

P.S. Also I can't find "Insider Hub" app on my windows, and it's not present in "Add a feature" list, where it have to be, according to

Windows Update stuck at 100%

I was having the stuck on 100% downloaded problem with installing Windows 10 Insider Preview 15048 (rs2_release). This script fixed that problem - thanks! However now I have the message "A restart is required to finish installing the following updates:
....". However a restart does nothing - the update still sits there in a semi-installed state.
