How do I install

Arcsoft fails with Windows 10

Photo Impression is now too large for the Windows 10 (just intalled). Tried reinstallation twice with PI version 4, and again with PI version 1 (2000), also failed in Trial installation of Arcsoft PI version 6. All edge areas remain inaccessible.Arcsoft
suggested I go to hardware manufacture of cameras etc.....!

Have no wish to retrain on other editing progs. Can anyone help?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Arcsoft Photostudio 6 and Windows 10

This is info only for users of Arcsoft Photostudio 6 who can't get it to run in Windows 10 all of a sudden.

Here's how it went:

1. I went into my C drive to Programs (x86) and opened the folder.

2. I opened the file folder marked "Arcsoft".

3. I RIGHT clicked on the application file marked Photostudio 6 and renamed it. The name I used was
ArcsoftPhotostudio 6.

I tried and tried to figure it out. I kept getting an error message that Windows could not find the file after I had just reinstalled and attempted to run it. I have been upset for a couple of years that it wouldn't work suddenly on Windows 10, right after
an update. I had uninstalled it about 6 months ago and thought I would try again.

It was pretty amazing...suddenly the program opened! I opened a photo and edited it. I saved it. I closed the program and opened it again, just to be sure. For some reason the name of the folder was incorrect so Windows couldn't find it. I really hope
this helps someone else. It really was a fluke that I figured it out.
