Windows 10: Install error code [0x8e5e03fa], has anyone solved this?

Both Cumulative Updates for W10 V1903 x-64 based Systems [ 2019-01 KB4530684 and 2020-01 KB4528760] fail to install and return the error code [0x8e5e03fa]; I cycled through the automated support services without any success; has anyone solved this problem?

The above update, KB4464218, will not install on a MS Surface. It has installed on my other Surface devices, but will not on one. Any ideas on how to solve? Error code is 0x8e5e03fa

Hi just a follow up for those who may need help with this problem in the future. I've managed to solve the problem by following the steps in method 2 of this post (Windows Update error 0x8e5e03fa)
as it pertained to the same error message.
