Windows 10: Install Microsoft Digital Image 2006 on Windows 10 64bit

I Can't install it because of Internet Explorer and internet tools issues. HELP...

Trying to install Microsoft Digital Image 2006

I am trying to install Microsoft Digital Image 2006, but it keep asking for IE 6. My computer is Windows 10 and has IE 11. How can I install this software.

Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 on Windows 10

I have had Digital Image Suite 2006 working on Windows 10 since 10 was released and as of yesterday (February 14, 2018) it will not re-install. The lasted update "crashed" my system and after many hours of reloading everything, I can not install Image Suite
2006.

Can anyone explain to me as to why this update would strip all the programs used most often are not compatibly to run on the new updated Windows 10? It's 32 bit (Image Suite) and it has always worked on 64bit Windows, but not anymore.

Nobody seams to give me a straight answer, redirects and solutions to extra software I do not need.

This update has caused more problems than what good it has prior

 

Microsoft Digital Image 2006 Replacement

I have been using Digital Image 2006 on an old laptop for years and really liked the program. I recently purchased a new HP laptop running Windows 10. It is still very new to me and really have not completely gotten used to going from Windows 7 to Windows
10. Is there a new program that will be the same or better than Digital Image 2006. I used that program to a lot to re-size, correct problems with photos, etc.

If possible, I would like a new program that would be able to do what I was doing with 2006, but would also like to organize photo's and make DVD's of for my family.
