Windows 10: Install older version of Visual Studio 2022

I am working on a project using Unreal Engine, and I need to downgrade my Visual Studio 2022 compiler to version 14.38.33130. My current toolchain version is 14.41.34120, but Unreal Engine requires the older version 14.38 for compatibility.
