It could be due to incorrect settings or missing/corrupt drivers or missing updates.

I suggest you to try the steps provided in the link below and check if it helps.

Restart the computer a few times and check for Windows Updates.

In the Search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.

Camera on Laptop Not Working

My camera on my laptop is not working and I am guessing this has happened since I upgraded to Win 10 but cannot be sure of that.

My camera in the device manager shows as "SPCA 2082 PC Camera". When I open the camera app the led light comes on but I have almost blank screen (see attached). If i try to take a picture it does not appear to do anything. If I try to use the video, it
does record something but when I play it back it is totally blank.

I would appreciate your help.
