Windows 10: Install true type font in windows 10

I'm trying to install a true type font but can't find a way to do it. . The file I'm trying to install is ttf. When I right click on it there is no install option. When I navigate to the windows font folder there is no option to install new font that I can see.

Can't Install True Type Fonts

I have a set of fonts I would like to install on my computer. The files are ttf and are labeled as True Type Font. After I downloaded them I extracted them from the compressed folder and saved them to a new folder on my desktop. Then I right click on them
to install and I get an error message on each one of them saying cannot install, this file dows not appear to be a valid font. Help?
